Dr Brooke Williams
Brooke completed her Osteopathic studies at RMIT where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science in Osteopathy. After finishing university, Brooke worked in Victoria before the travel bug bit her, in which she decided to travel around Australia with the intention to continue working in her chosen profession, learning new techniques and further developing her skills while helping people in clinics located in Tasmania and South Australia.
Brooke loves helping people to be the best versions of themselves. She believes that Osteopathy is not always about resolving an injury but rather increasing the quality of life, assisting and achieving health goals or simply playing a role in reducing everyday stressors and strains.
Brooke is a qualified Pilates and Barre Instructor. She truly enjoys and believes in combining both the hands-on treatment and the rehabilitation exercises together to help her clients strengthen and to correct the imbalances that they may present.
Brooke loves working at Berwick Osteopathy because of the friendly environment and culture within the clinic. The facilities at the clinic allow Brooke to provide a wide variety of clinical treatments which she uses to ascertain the best possible outcomes for her patients. Brooke most importantly mentions that she enjoys working alongside a group of amazing and knowledgeable Osteopaths so she can bounce ideas; of which allows her to improve her knowledge and experience and permits her to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
Outside the clinic, you will find that Brooke has a passion for hiking and adventuring. She will often go to explore a new country region with the company of her beautiful Milly, a very intelligent and wonderful Labrador.
