Ben is a qualified Osteopath, having completed both his Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy and Master of Health Science in Osteopathy at Victoria University.
With over a decade of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and CrossFit Level 3 Certified Trainer (CF-L3), Ben has worked with a wide range of individuals, from those experiencing persistent pain to recreational and competitive athletes.
This background has given him a strong understanding of how pain, injury, and movement limitations can affect both performance and everyday life.
Ben has a particular interest in helping active people stay healthy, recover from injury, and build resilience through a combination of hands-on osteopathic treatment, exercise, and practical rehabilitation. He believes treatment should extend beyond the treatment table, empowering patients with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their recovery and long-term health.
Taking a patient-centred and evidence-informed approach, Ben works collaboratively with each individual to develop personalised treatment plans that align with their goals, lifestyle, and the activities that are important to them. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, or looking to improve your physical performance, Ben is passionate about helping you move better and feel your best.
Outside the clinic, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, training in the gym, and getting out on adventures with his Jack Russell, Lola.
He also enjoys spending time with his partner, Anna, and understands the importance of maintaining an active and balanced lifestyle.
